It's a possibility. But let's first focus on the Design, later we'll get on coding.

Don't worry about the language, we can easily adapt any code from one language to another. Pygame is useful, but I've been thinking about using Darkstar instead (Java). The Engine part is fairly easier than the web part, in fact.

What do you guys think?

Darkstar isn't a game engine though, it is just Server stuff. So it can be used with any engine.

I know it's not. But the server part is hard either way. There are engines for Java too, but we can code our own.

I'm with Kaoro.

The hard part, "server stuff", must be first decided.

So I think we can try to make our own engine to. If it becomes a problem we can use someone's else, but I think we should try it first.
